According to the infrastructure which fact will dominate:
    -parking place
    - proximity to metro?
as to my point of view in Moscow as well as in SPB quite attractive places lack parking spaces?

According to HR, how much are going to pay and motivate your Hooters girls, because as well as i understand they are your key competetive advantages and are those who create the unique atmosphere of the restaurant and differentiate it from competitors?
how are you going to deal with relatively poor culture of tips in Russia?

  2. Thank you for you question!
    1. Proximity to the metro is not the key factor, though rather significant. Our customers are expected to have average and high income, which assumes that lots of them have cars, but as Hooters serves alhocol drinks, especially beer, our clients would have to use subway or taxi drivers from time to time.
Those who would come only to eat (business lunch) are supposed to have offices close to Hooters, so the need of subway is also minimized.
The key factor is being located in the center, in the densely populated place, which is also considered to be stylish and pleasant.
By the way, parking would be much easier if smarts were more popular in Moscow )
We dont consider Saint-Petersburg for furher development yet, as the culture of its inhabitants is a bit different and the incomes are lower.
    2. We are going to offer competitive salaries (our direct competitors are Hard Rock Cafe and Fridays). We think that tip culture is quite developed in Russia, especially when it goes about relatively rich men being a bit drunk and being served by good-looking and friendly Hooters-girls, so the tips would comprise a significant part of the personnel salaries.
